As a non-profit organization, the fund does not distribute income among its founders. All funds go to its statutory charitable purpose.
Our mission
Make giving monthly, not occasional. A donor picks a cause and an amount once, and the donation repeats automatically — so verified military units and registered charities get support they can plan around. We support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, medical care, animal welfare, and families of fallen defenders.
What we do
Build the donation platform
A mobile app and payment infrastructure for recurring donations, where every donor sees where their money went.
Vet every recipient
Military units need an official signed request; charities need state registration, non-profit status and public reports.
Work with the sector
Our team took part in RISEverse, a charity-sector event in Kyiv on 3 December 2025 with 200+ participants.
To be transparent about our stage: the fund is registered and operating, and the donation service is being built. Donations through the service have not started yet, so there are no spending reports so far. We have published our reporting rules in advance, so they can be read before any money arrives.
